Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • All custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

  • Once you approve the design and production begins, we are unable to accept cancellations or issue refunds.

Ready-to-Ship Items

  • Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective.

  • To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with photos showing the damage or defect.

  • Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive the return for your refund to process.
