1. Ordering

  • All orders must be placed through our website or approved sales channels.

  • Custom or made-to-order items require your approval of the design before production begins.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled or that violate our policies.

2. Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of order.

  • We accept the payment methods listed on our checkout page.

  • Orders will not enter production until payment is confirmed.

3. Processing & Shipping

  • Custom Orders: Turnaround time is typically 3–4 weeks after design approval.

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation.

  • All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Express shipping is not available due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • All custom or personalized items are non-refundable.

  • Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Product Use

  • Our 3D wood art is intended for decorative purposes only.

  • Keep out of reach of small children to prevent injury.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Hey Birdee and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Hey Birdee is not liable for damages beyond the purchase price of the item, including shipping delays, loss, or misuse.

  • By purchasing, you agree to use the products at your own risk.
