• Custom Orders: All custom or made-to-order items have a turnaround time of 3–4 weeks, starting after your approval of the design.

• Ready-to-Ship Items: If you purchase an item marked “Ready to Ship,” it will be shipped within 2 business days.

Shipping Method:

• All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

• Express shipping options are not available, as each piece is carefully handcrafted and requires time to create.

Important Notes:

• Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location, but we do our best to ensure timely delivery.

• We are not responsible for USPS delays beyond our control.
